

Blood Meal
Blood Meal is a crushed and powdered product, resulting from the cooking and drying of animal blood. The animal byproduct (fresh blood) used is collected in establishments supervised by official inspectors. Its processing takes place according to country of the Ministry of Agriculture standards.
It has high protein value, this being its greatest nutritional characteristic, presenting advantages in the formulation of animal feed, serving as a highly densified protein source, being an alternative to vegetable sources, enabling the manufacture of balanced feed with lower formulation costs. Blood meal is usually sold lined bulk bags. Blood meals is used as an ingredient for the balanced manufacture of animal feed (poultry, pigs, fish, crustaceans and pet).
